Essentials before an Interview:

  1. Having all the equipment sorted out
  2. Knowing what is going to be said on your part (Script)
  3. Having who you are interviewing on standby

Best questions to ask:

  1. Questions about something they are involved in - To get some good information about their upcoming project
  2. Something that is known about them and what they do in there spare time - To get some information of what they do out of what they are known for.
  3. What they are planning in the future - To get to know of any upcoming things that may be happening with them.
  4. Favourite things to be involved in - To know what they are interested in in both areas of what they do and out of what they do.

What to avoid asking in an interview:


  1. Things that are very personal
  2. Feuds they may have had with other people
  3. Questions for them to bad mouth other people within their line of work.
