Legal and Ethical
There are Legal and Ethical problems within the media that happen a lot of the time. This can mean people being put down as something they are not in the newspaper, online or on anything else. This can cause legal problems and can result in the victim gaining money and the people who caused the controversy a loss in money. An example of this is Kerry Katona where the Daily Mail published an article that was not confirmed on her being a prostitute before she was famous. She filed for a lawsuit and as an outcome gained a 5 digit sum of money. This is what legal issues are. Ethical issues include things like discrimination against women and age discrimination to elders/people younger. In some in some parts of the media this is a big problem.
